Harry Koehnemann has spent the last 25 years as a consultant, educator, and practitioner in software engineering. He has broad development experience, ranging from very large systems (automotive, $1B contracting programs) to small projects (employee #4 at a still-successful Internet startup). Harry is the Director of Technology at 321 Gang where he helps organizations and projects be more efficient and effective developing large, complex systems. Harry is also a principal contributor and author for the SAFe for Lean Systems Engineering.
