·      Day 2: The Agile Release Train (Part 2), Portfolio, and Scaling Leadership

·      Day 3: Implementing SAFe

·      Day 4: Q&A, SPC Certification Exam, Advanced Topics

Alex Yakyma is a methodologist, trainer, and consultant who has been applying Lean and Agile practices in the software industry for over a decade.

Alex joined Dean Leffingwell in 2006 and since then was actively working on Scaled Agile Framework and its numerous implementations in the field. Alex’s broad prior experience as a program manager in highly distributed multi-cultural environments allows him to perfect his clients’ operational capabilities at the program level, their cross program coordination, and their portfolio strategy.
