SAFe® Program Consultant Course for Lean Systems Engineering

Leading Lean-Agile Systems Development with SAFe for Lean Systems Engineering

About the Course

In this four day course, attendees will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean Systems Engineering transformation. They will master the values, practices, and organizational constructs necessary to build complex, large-scale, hardware-software systems in a leaner and more Agile fashion, thereby reducing time to market and improving delivered systems quality. You will leave with an understanding of how the values, principles, and practices of the SAFe for Lean Systems Engineering framework provides the roadmap for this new way of working.

Attendees typically include executives, managers, systems engineers, chief systems engineers, program and project managers, engineering leads, consultants, Lean-Agile leaders and change agents directly engaged in building some of the worlds most complex hardware-software systems.

Students will receive entry into the optional SAFe Program Consultant Certification process. This new course does not yet have a final exam in support of certification. When the exam becomes available available, students will be able to take the exam, and on passing, will become SAFe Program Consultants (SPCs), and will receive the branding, courseware licensing, and SPC Community of Practice privileges associated thereto.
