Michael Stump, SAFe Program and Portfolio Consultant
Michael is a consultant, instructor, leader and mentor who has been applying Lean and Agile practices in and beyond the software industry.
Prior to joining Scaled Agile, Michael worked in different roles across the industry from Business Analyst, Project Manager to Line Manager and experienced the transition from Waterfall to Agile in highly distributed multi-cultural environments. He then started to support other organizations around the globe and especially their leaders doing the transformation and making organizations more productive, engaging, and fun.
Drew Jemilo, SAFe Program and Portfolio Consultant
Drew is a principal contributor to the Scaled Agile Framework™, consultant, and Academy instructor. Drew met Dean Leffingwell in early 2009 when he was developing a scaled Agile methodology for a management consulting company to bridge their strategic business framework with Agile. Since then, they have worked together with global clients to synchronize distributed teams using the Agile Release Train in the U.S., Europe, and India.
